Connecticut Dragons in the Elm City
The Connecticut Dragons are a community of paddlers based at the New Haven Community Boating program at Canal Dock Boathouse. We are passionate about dragon boating and committed to growing the sport right here in Connecticut. Our goal is to compete at elite levels while celebrating teamwork, friendship, and cultural connection.
At the Connecticut Dragons, everyone is welcome — all ages, all backgrounds, and all skill levels. Whether you’re brand-new to the sport or a seasoned racer, you’ll find a supportive team, a fun challenge, and an incredible community on the water.
